Join us in Leidschendam, Netherlands, where we're seeking an ambitious Digital process implementation specialist who is motivated to understand digital solutions. In your role, you will closely collaborate with product owners and business units to reshape and optimize our operational processes. Your expertise and creative abilities will be crucial in crafting and implementing robust processes and guidelines, ensuring a seamless transition for all stakeholders involved. To implement the solutions in our local organization you will travel globally.

You'll play a crucial role in guiding the business with adopting our global business strategy. Your primary responsibility will be establishing essential support structures, consistently monitoring progress, and serving as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting. You communicate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues throughout implementation process and manage and resolve technical or operational issues that surface as a result of regional and global scaling. You'll be actively involved in the practical execution of our global digital solution rollout, engaging directly with local teams.

• You develop implementation plans and guidelines (procedures, training material etc.)

• You provide training and support during implementation and roll-out phase;

• You analyze the internal and external clients' needs and translate these into business requirements. You specify the optimal workflow;

• You establish the local first line support and global second line support organization;

• You actively monitor the overall implementation progress and take corrective action;

• You identify continuous improvements and further developments of the digital processes during and after adoption phase.

• You have a BSc. degree in a relevant discipline, such as information technology, computer science or business administration, data management, process management;

• You have the ability to oversee the completion of a project on time and within budget;

• You have experience in reshaping processes and optimizing operations;

• You have a knack for creative problem-solving, addressing implementation challenges effectively with innovative and practical solutions.
