About the role:
As an HR Officer you are the first point of contact for employees and managers in the field of HR. You have extensive knowledge of laws and regulations, employment conditions and HR policy. You are responsible for the timely and correct processing of the monthly international payroll administration and personnel administration. You are primarily responsible for several countries within Europe. You also serve as a backup for your colleagues who focus on other countries. In addition to personnel and payroll administration, there is room to take on other HR matters that are of interest to you.
Areas of Responsibility:

  • Advises employees on all HR related matters
  • Handle operational and administrative tasks of well-defined projects (software implementation/ process optimizations/ change of supplier)
  • Registers personnel data in order to accurately control all employee management data
  • Registers leave and absence management data
  • Prepares written communications to confirm any HR related change (Salary increase, job title change, promotion, exit, grants)
  • Prepares monthly pay roll processing in a timely manner for multiple European countries
  • Signaling system flaws
  • Identify mistakes in own work area
  • Understand and process pension and insurance information
  • Handle administrative changes related to personnel records and employment conditions
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR matters

Knowledge:

  • Minimum HBO+ (in relevant area)
  • Technical skills in the area of Workforce Planning, Talent Assessment and/or Performance & Appraisal.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
