Your role in the story:

As HR Operations Manager you will ensure the fundamentals of our (international) HR landscape are in order. Your role is translating our HR strategy into operational realities, encompassing policies, processes, and procedures. You are part of the HR Management team and as such working collaboratively within the HR management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day HR operations of Compensation & Benefits, Training Planning, HR Service Desk and Case Management teams;
• Manage (the implementation of) our new HR IT system, leveraging technology to streamline processes and yield data-driven decision-making;
• Act as a strategic partner for Compensation & Benefits matters, including engagements with unions and employee representative bodies;
• Lead and supervise an enthusiastic HR teams, providing direction, mentorship and performance assessments;
• Invest in the development of your team members, providing guidance and opportunities for their professional and personal growth;
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the organization's overall objectives;
• Ensure compliance with (employment and internal) law and update policies as needed;
• Ensure responsive and efficient HR operational teams to provide timely solutions and support to our employees.

Is this the job for you?

Profile:

• A solid 10-15 years of relevant experience in various HR roles and in an international environment, ideally as HR Manager;
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,
• Team Player: Thrive in collaborative environments, forging strong relationships with peers, leadership, and across the organization;
• Driven by accomplishing results together, fostering a cohesive collaborative team environment;
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
