The role of the Operational Trade and Compliance Manager involves overseeing and managing the trade and compliance aspects of postal and eCommerce operations within the company. This position is crucial to ensure that the company's business activities comply with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and other relevant laws. This role is instrumental in facilitating international eCommerce transactions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the success and growth of the company's global business.

  • This position is on scale 11 with a salary between €4.538,- and €6.428,- gross monthly, based on your background and level;

Dit breng je mee

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Mininum of 3 years of experience in trade compliance, international business, or eCommerce operations. Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role is often required.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of international trade laws, customs regulations, and eCommerce operations. Familiarity with trade management software and compliance tools is beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for working with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory authorities.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex trade compliance issues, assess risks, and develop effective solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and resolve trade compliance challenges and issues.
  • Adaptability: eCommerce and international trade landscapes are dynamic; the ability to adapt to changes in regulations and industry trends is crucial.
