About the role

To strengthen our Digital Product team we are looking for a Solution Specialist for our payment factory capability.

As a Product Specialist in the Digital Product Area you support several solutions and their users with administrative tasks, trainings and developments. Your main stakeholders will be Digital Product Leaders, business process owners, and (super)users within the total Inter IKEA landscape.

In the role you will mainly work within the payment factory solutions. The major business solution you will be working with is FIS Trax.

Things you can expect to do in this role, but not limited to:

· Be the solution expert in operational matters for the assigned business solutions

· Provide functional user and incident resolution support for the assigned business solutions

· Analyze and separate incidents from problems and be part of the solution

· Perform administrative tasks, like creation of new user accounts, providing user grants etc.

· Create and maintain How-to guides and other training materials

· Responsible for training the users, both online and face-to-face meetings

· Support change requests for the assigned business solutions

· Solution Testing and validate new functionalities

You have a passion to work with people and solutions. To build trustful relationships with stakeholders and to transmit knowledge to them is a big driver for you. You are able to lead, impact and contribute to a rewarding user experience. You can see the big picture but also like to focus on smaller details. You are comfortable in using different solutions and becoming an expert in using them. You are a down-to-earth team player, eager to take initiatives and achieve results with people. You want to help and support our co-workers to the best of your ability, while at the same time you are able to say "no" and explain the "why" in case any requests cannot be granted. You are a do-er and get things done. You are curious to dig deeper, and you like to analyze data and structurally solve and prevent problems.

As the ideal candidate we expect you to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with existing solutions.

· Inspired by the possibilities and opportunities of digital and information technology to enable, transform and improve processes

· Strong verbal and written English language skills.

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) located in Delft, The Netherlands. You will collaborate closely with the Digital Product Leader, located in Delft.

You will report to the Product Manager Treasury.
