We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead Recruitment and Employer Branding at Samotics. Do you want to make an impact in the People team of a growing company? About the team

You'll be an integral part of our People & Office team, consisting of a Head of People & Culture, HR Operations Specialist, an Organization Developer, an Office Manager and a working student. As a Recruiter, you will also work closely with the managers and team leads of the rest of the company.

Your challenge

As a Tech scale-up, we are always looking for the best technical talent. The number of vacancies in this area has reached the stage where we want to hire a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will oversee the full hiring process for all our roles. You will advise our hiring managers on how to find the right talent, define the right talent acquisition strategy, make sure to provide an excellent candidate experience, etc. More concretely your responsibilities include:

• Advisor for the hiring teams: advise on the recruitment strategy, vacancy and design selection processes to make sure we select the right candidates based on objective criteria.

• Manage the full recruitment process end-to-end which includes being the first point of contact for candidates, screening candidates in a first interview, planning all hiring touchpoints with clarity on expectations and continuous progress, and communicating offers to successful candidates.

• Talent Sourcing: Source relevant candidates for our open positions. Approach talent in a creative, truly personal and on-brand way. Get people interested in the role based on our EVP and the challenges they would work on.

• Define and execute Employer Branding initiatives aimed at attracting the right talent group to Samotics.

• As an integral part of the team, you will also be able to work on different projects and participate in other People processes such as Onboarding.

What you'll bring ⭐

• 1 to 3 years of working experience, preferably recruitment experience in a scale-up environment or in an agency.

• Experience with tech and senior positions.

• Self-starter who is determined and tenacious

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written

• Eye for detail, structured and precise

• Fluent in English

• Already based in The Netherlands
