For our Leidschendam office, we are looking for IT Functional Lead Project Management, the Functional Lead Project Delivery is end to end responsible for providing the required functionality for Project Management in our enterprise applications. The Fugro Standard Business Processes have been defined and these need to be translated and incorporated into Fugro's global applications. including our brand new cloud based global ERP-system to be rolled out in various countries. The Functional Lead is responsible for creating good quality designs, timely delivery of the functionality and the testing of the new functionality before releasing it for user acceptance testing. Within this position, you will work together with the Project Delivery Business Process Owners (BPO) to set the priorities and deliver a fitting solution for various business requirements. Within this position you also work together with the Global and Regional IT Business Analysts, the supply delivery team, project managers, the application architects and the information security team to define a fitting solution for the end to end processes.

• You are end to end responsible for providing the required functionality for Project Management in our (enterprise) applications, making sure that the users can use the system as intended by the business process owners (BPO);

• You are responsible for the functional design of the project management processes in our global applications;

• You work together with the Business Process Owners, and work closely with them to define a roadmap for the Project Delivery domain and all solutions supporting it.

• You drive design of standardized, harmonized global processes in line with best practice to prevent region-specific processes, with exception of local legal/regulatory requirements;

• You oversee the configuration of the designs in the system and will provide advice to the deployment teams about the correct use of the system in relation to the blueprint design;

• You provide current against target process analysis for deployment of target business processes in alignment with the global ERP implementation roadmap and blueprint (IFS);

• You are responsible for creating good quality designs, timely delivery of the functionality and the testing;

• You play a proactive role in understanding the TO-BE business processes for project management, the business needs and advising stakeholders on the implementation;

• You support the definition and analysis of the AS-IS business processes for project management and facilitate the AS-IS analysis sessions;

• You collaborate with the information security team to ensure that business processes are compliant with the information security management system and privacy regulation.

• You have a background in information technology, business administration or a related field;

• You have a strong affinity with business applications and a strong skillset in business process analysis and improvement;

• You have 3-5 years relevant experience in an international project based company/project delivery company;

• You have knowledge of mapping existing processes and designing process improvements towards best practice;

• You are process driven, and give attention to details;

• You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and are able to be the link between business and IT;

• You have an in-depth ERP knowledge and experience with implementation of ERP systems (preferably IFS). (As a plus, you have a CBAP, CCBA and PMP certification;/) or: experience in project management;

• You have the ability to understand high level software and systems;

• You have excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
