Janssen Supply Group, LLC, a member of Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for an LM PES (Large Molecule Partnership and External Supply) Planning Manager.

This individual will be a strategic liaison between the Internal JSG customers and the external manufacturing sites. This position is responsible for the global planning management of externally manufactured and or packaged products. This position leads a direct team of planners supporting individuals developments and business results. Also ensures base business, launches, transfers and individual's goals are aligned with JSC strategic objectives. The success of this role is measured by timely deliveries of orders, which meet target inventory levels and maintain continuity of supply to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly mentor and develop LM PES Planning Europe based team of planners from skills, capability and career perspective, ensuring performance development plans and company goals to achieve personal and business excellence.
• Support Integrated Business Plan (IBP) process by balancing volume plan with regards operational efficiency, inventory optimization and customer service, through monthly planning cycles and flawless execution of orders with CMOs.
• Coach and Support planners on C S&OP deployment to CMOs while continue shaping the future of program from digital and efficiency mindset perspectives.
• Lead performance management through relevant metrics on the site planning space: (OTIF, SLOB, Inventory, STEM Adherence, stock outs). Oversight of inventory & SLOB processes to maintain accurate and target stock levels at EM sites.
• Support Proactive identification of issues that may impact supply, drive term planning activities/processes and day-to-day planning, QA and customer issues. Lead operational escalations and issues for Planners, participate in IMT
• Build internal and external relationships, allowing the plants to interpret demand and inventory requirements and respond with the right capacity, and schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure New Products Introduction execution excellence
• Support JSC digital transformation across multiple systems such as SAP, OMP, One Network, Master Data (SidMA) and digital capabilities' roadmap.
• Represent Global Planning organization on PES teams, projects and contract management overall processes.
• Lead Continuous improvement through process Decomposition, Standardization and Knowledge Management.

Education:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required
• A minimum 5-year experience in planning, operations, logistics, supply chain or related experience required
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries through influence, negotiation and partnership required
• Ability to prioritize issues to support the customer and supply chain requirements; and operate across teams in a cross-functional organization is required.
• Ability to balance work-personal schedule by accommodating multi-country work schedules when needed is required
• Experience within the following processes: master production schedule process, inventory management, supply chain management, scenario analysis, S&OP, Planning Systems (APO/OMP) and other cross-functional business processes common to the pharmaceutical industry preferred
• APICS and LEAN Certification preferred
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Experience and Skills:

Serve as a role model for Credo based decision-making. Proven business insight in the area of Supply Chain and financials. Clear understanding of external Supply Chain trends and overall LM Network.
