New Assistant Wanted

Your tasks
As an assistant, you are the face of our practice and are the first person our patient see when they arrive.
Your duties include answering patient queries, answering incoming calls, scheduling, some financial administration and general support for the chiropractors. Along with your colleagues, you aim to provide for maximum patient satisfaction. You also make sure the practice looks clean and tidy.
Your experience
Are you an enthusiastic and energetic person with a MBO educational level? Do you have excellent communication skills, in both Dutch and English? Can you work independently and have good problem-solving skills? Do you have the passion to help our patients? Are you comfortable working on a computer and are you flexible in your schedule that you are able to cover when colleagues are out sick or on vacation?

Our offer

• A trial period with the intention of a permanent contract.
• Working with a friendly team.
• Salary depending on experience.
• 10 hours per week (Tuesday and Friday) with the possibility to expand in the future.
